📍 Pune- Kothrud | 2–4 Years | MBA/PGDM – HR |
CATS Academy India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Learning & Development professional to join our team and contribute to diverse learning and people-development initiatives.
🎯 What you’ll work on:
* Development of training content for team and leadership development including experiential programs through research. Creating presentations & learning materials
* Training coordination with CATS facilitator, the client HR & participants
* Supporting virtual & classroom training programs
* Coordinating and actively participating in the Assessment & Development Centres
* Employee engagement and experiential learning activities
* Training needs identification & learning evaluation
* Client/stakeholder interaction for understanding learning requirements
✨ We’re looking for someone who has:
✅ 2–4 years of experience in L&D / Training & Development
✅ MBA/PGDM in HR
✅ Strong verbal/written communication, coordination and facilitation skills
✅ Good PPT/MS Office skills
✅ Exposure to training design, delivery & evaluation
✅ Experience in employee engagement and learning initiatives
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
CTC ₹ 3.5 - 4.5 L pa
