The role will manage and mentor the Supply Chain team, with Supply Chain Manager,
Coordinators and other supply-chain resources reporting into this role.

Candidate Profile
Mandatory
 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Sourcing / Operations.
 Strong hands-on experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
 Proven experience in vendor development, vendor management and relationship
building.
 Strong understanding of demand & supply planning, inventory and manufacturing
operations.
 Experience managing logistics, distribution and supply operations.
 Experience leading and managing teams.
 Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong Excel/ERP/MIS orientation and ability to work with data.
Industry Background
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, food & beverage, cosmetics,
pharma, retail, e-commerce, distribution or similar operational businesses is relevant.
Alcobev / alcohol industry experience is good to have
