Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Handle manpower requirements for Production, CNC, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, PPC, Stores, Purchase and other departments.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, references and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and management interviews.
Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout and candidate follow-up.
Drive joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database and recruitment MIS.
