Role Description: The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Park Street, Kolkata area. This specialist will manage Talent Affair’s social media presence across platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with brand and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data and audience insights. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support recruitment marketing initiatives, maintain a consistent brand voice, and respond to messages and comments promptly and professionally. The specialist will also stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve Talent Affair’s online visibility.
Qualifications
Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative team for content planning, reels, graphics, and marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages professionally.
Work closely with the founder to develop and implement social media strategies.
Must be flexible to visit sites for shooting videos and must also have working knowledge with META/Google Ads.
