Responsibilities
Engage in both field sales (60-70%) and inside sales (30-40%) activities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
Eagerness to learn new things and a strong interest in a sales profile.
Primarily freshers, with a maximum of 2 years of experience in sales.
Maximum age of 27 years.
Compulsory two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL) or Learning License (LL), with DL to be obtained within 1 week.
Only male candidates will be considered.
Mandatory graduation in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Willingness to travel as needed for field sales activities.
Immediate joiners (within 1 week) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
