Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for leading the HR function and supporting strategic people initiatives. This role involves overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure the organization is staffed with high-performing team members. The manager will design and administer HR policies, compensation and benefits, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs. Daily activities include advising leadership on HR best practices, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also support learning and development initiatives, drive culture-building activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and management of compensation and benefits programs.
Experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning to support organizational growth.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), data analysis for HR metrics, and documentation management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, stakeholder collaboration, and change management in dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
Prior experience in a senior HR or HR manager role, preferably within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
