Operation Executive / Order Management

JOB TITLE
Order Management / Ecommerce executive- Local jaipur Candidates Only (On-Site)
JOB SUMMARY
To manage daily business operations of ecommerce and logistics (Freshers- 2 Yrs)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily reporting to Team lead regarding the operations processes
Handling daily orders and returns
Evaluating costs and maintaining profit margins
Increasing productivity levels by implementing improved procedures
Analyzing operational data and maintaining product inventory
Communicating with executives and upper management regularly
Overlooking the daily functions of the operations and logistics
Creating short and long-term operational goals
Suggesting improvements needed in different operations procedures•
Work cohesively with other Teams.
Friendly and inclusive attitude towards colleagues, and emphasis on team dynamics.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requires strong organizational and time management skills.
Requires an analytical and strategic mindset.
Must be able to quickly learn.
QUALIFICATIONS & Requirement
A bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in Business operations, Ecommerce or a similar role
Having the ability to bring efficiency to Ecommerce operations
Good communication skills
Having experience with monitoring orders and preparing reports
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work schedule would be in rotation shift (8 Hours) and each shift would be change on each Month.
Morning shift – 6 AM to 2 PM
Day shift – 2 PM to 10 PM
Night - 10 PM to 6 AM
The candidate must be flexible to stretchwork ours as per business requirement. One leave in a week except Sunday.
