Store sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Sales Executive with 1–2 years of relevant retail sales experience to deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.
Store Operations
Ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
Coordinate with the warehouse or store team for stock availability.
Handle billing support and payment coordination, if required.
Customer Support
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, or product availability.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain daily sales records and customer information.
Assist in preparing sales reports and stock reports.
Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or store operations.
Experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, retail, consumer goods, or similar industries will be preferred.
