Role Description The Sales Specialist: EMI EMC Lab business role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role focuses on driving sales of EMI/EMC lab services and solutions by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with clients in relevant industries. The Sales Specialist will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand technical and compliance requirements, and propose tailored lab testing solutions in collaboration with technical teams. Daily activities include preparing quotations and proposals, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for project handover, maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, and participating in training or industry events to stay current with EMI/EMC standards and market trends.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, technical explanation, and professional business correspondence.
Customer Service capabilities to manage client inquiries, provide timely support, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure, ideally in technical or lab services.
Sales Management and Training skills to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, support junior team members, and contribute to sales process improvements.
Understanding of EMI/EMC testing, compliance standards, or related electronic/telecom domains is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field; technical background preferred for this role.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software for documentation, reporting, and sales tracking.
