🚀 We are Hiring: Creative Director / Senior Art Director – Experiential & Event Design 🚀

We are seeking a visionary creative leader to elevate our design standards across corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential environments.
📍 Job Location: Bangalore
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary Budget: Up to 15 LPA
⌛ Experience: 8–15+ years overall (with 3–5 years in a senior creative leadership role)
What You’ll Do
Creative Leadership: Define the overall creative vision, establish design standards, and lead concept development for events, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
Concept & Spatial Design: Translate client briefs into visual narratives, mood boards, stage layouts, scenic installations, and spatial designs.
Multidisciplinary Team Management: Lead and mentor teams across 2D design, 3D visualization, motion graphics, video, and AI-assisted design.
Client Pitches: Present creative solutions directly to clients, balancing creative ambition with client needs.
Execution & Quality: Ensure feasibility regarding scenic fabrication, structural planning, lighting, and materials, conducting site inspections to maintain top-tier execution quality.
What We Are Looking For
Educational Background: Degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or Spatial Design.
Industry Focus: Strong background in Event Design, Experiential Marketing, Exhibition Design, or Production Design.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and emerging AI tools.
Core Strengths: Excellent visual storytelling, spatial planning, material/fabrication knowledge, and strong pitch presentation skills.
