We’re Hiring | Technical Recruiter – Bangalore
We’re growing our recruitment team and looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter to join us in Bangalore.
📍 Location: Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
What you’ll be doing:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and identify talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Screen candidates and assess technical experience against job requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer closures
• Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job profiles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience in staffing/consulting recruitment will be an added advantage
