Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Executive supporting Biznish’s advertising agency operations. The Human Resources Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration. The role will involve maintaining and updating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and internal guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations matters, addressing HR-related queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting organizational culture and engagement activities. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with leadership and team managers to align HR practices with business objectives and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably within a fast-paced agency or creative environment.
Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR systems or HRIS platforms.
Strong background in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle sensitive issues, support conflict resolution, and promote an inclusive workplace.
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that comply with local labor regulations and support organizational culture.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfort working remotely, with strong self-management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
Knowledge of employment law, best practices in HR, and current trends in talent management and employee engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
