WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Work on social media and digital marketing activities for assigned brands.
Understand different brands, audiences and digital platforms.
Contribute to content planning, campaign ideas and digital strategies.
Stay updated with social media trends, platforms and the ever-changing digital landscape.
Bring fresh ideas and recommendations to the team and clients.
Client Communication
Communicate with clients and understand their requirements, goals and expectations.
Build strong working relationships with clients.
Coordinate feedback, approvals and follow-ups.
Proactively flag challenges and help find solutions.
Coordination & Execution
Work closely with creative, copy, design and social media teams.
Create clear briefs and ensure everyone is aligned on requirements and timelines.
Track deliverables, deadlines and approvals.
Ensure work is accurate, polished and aligned with the brand before it reaches the client.
Reporting & Insights
Assist with monthly performance reports.
Understand what worked, what didn’t and why.
Identify useful insights from performance data.
Contribute recommendations to improve future content and campaigns.
