Role Description The HR Internship role at CEI DESIGN CONSULTANCY is a full-time, remote position lasting between 1 to 6 months and is unpaid. Interns will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and coordinating interviews and onboarding activities. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with documentation related to employee benefits and compliance. Interns will collaborate with supervisors to prepare HR reports, update databases, and respond to basic employee queries under guidance. The role provides practical exposure to HR management in a training-focused, service-oriented organization, with opportunities to learn professional communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of compliance and workplace guidelines.
Candidates should possess basic familiarity with Employee Benefits and related documentation.
Candidates should possess interest or experience in Personnel Management and maintaining HR records.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma program in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR software or databases) is an advantage.
