Role Description
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The opportunity is open to fresh graduates and early-career mechanical engineering professionals interested in gaining hands-on exposure across plant maintenance, mechanical systems, manufacturing, production, utilities, projects, equipment reliability, installation, and plant operations.
The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with maintenance, production, process, utilities, projects, quality, and other engineering teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant machinery and mechanical systems.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, production, utilities, projects, equipment installation, or plant operations can apply.
Candidates currently working as Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Plant Engineer, Production Engineer, Project Engineer, Service Engineer, or Graduate Engineer Trainee are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, cement, steel, power, engineering, packaging, agro-processing, or other industrial sectors are welcome.
Basic to good understanding of mechanical equipment, rotating machinery, maintenance practices, manufacturing systems, or plant operations.
Knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, compressors, piping, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, or material-handling systems will be an advantage.
Understanding of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability will be preferred but is not mandatory for freshers.
Ability to understand basic mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, layouts, P&IDs, technical specifications, or maintenance documents.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP, ERP, CMMS, MS Excel, or other engineering tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, production teams, contractors, and vendors.
Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
Internship, apprenticeship, industrial training, academic project, maintenance exposure, or hands-on mechanical experience will be considered but is not mandatory.
Strong willingness to learn and develop practical mechanical and plant-engineering skills.
