CIRIL is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Creative Designer Executive to join our team.

🎨 About the Role
You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, events, and other digital platforms while maintaining a consistent and professional CIRIL brand identity.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, invitations, brochures, presentations & marketing materials
• Convert business ideas and campaign concepts into visually appealing creatives
• Create and edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos & digital content
• Edit, enhance, resize and optimize images and photographs
• Maintain consistency in brand colours, layouts and logo usage
• Adapt designs according to different social media dimensions and formats
• Coordinate with the Operations team to understand creative requirements and deliver assets on time
• Manage multiple design requests while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Stay updated with current design, social media and content trends and suggest fresh creative ideas
• Maintain organized folders for final creatives, videos, images and editable source files
🛠️ Skills & Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop & other relevant platforms
• Good working knowledge of Canva / Canva Pro
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing tools
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects / Motion Graphics will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy and image editing
• Ability to create both static and video-based content
• Good understanding of social media sizes and content formats
• Strong creativity, visual sense and attention to detail
• Ability to understand feedback and make revisions effectively
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple requirements
🎓 Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media design, video editing or digital content creation.
📌 Portfolio is mandatory – Candidates should be able to showcase relevant social media creatives, graphic designs, videos, reels or other digital content.
