Main Purpose:
To facilitate the planning, coordination, and implementation of CSR initiatives and ensure the smooth execution of CSR interventions and community development programmes in line with approved budgets and proposals.
Job Accountabilities:
Support the identification and development of Community Development Plans at the KGD6 community level.
Implement approved CSR initiatives and community development interventions.
Sensitize and engage communities on the Company’s CSR vision and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life and socio-economic well-being of local communities, while fostering a positive perception of the organization.
Drive social inclusion and community engagement through CSR interventions and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure continuous engagement with target beneficiaries and communities to assess the realization of intended benefits and the effectiveness of CSR interventions.
Provide inputs for CSR planning and budgeting in line with the Company’s CSR philosophy and JV partners’ CSR policies.
Ensure the effective implementation of CSR interventions and community development programmes to achieve their stated objectives and intended outcomes.
Skills Required:
CSR planning and budgeting, including the timely submission of inputs for budget approval by March for the ensuing financial year.
Strong orientation towards community development and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of local traditions, community systems, and socio-economic dynamics.
Strong stakeholder engagement and liaison skills with communities, NGOs, Government Authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Qualification
Graduate degree with an MA in Social Work or an MBA.
Knowledge of the local language is essential.
Experience
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in CSR, community development, social development, or related areas.
