Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bareilly. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and website elements that align with brand guidelines. The role involves designing logos, developing branding concepts, and selecting typography and color schemes to support consistent visual identity across projects. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers to understand requirements, refine design concepts, and deliver production-ready assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with design tools, preparing files for various platforms, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining a high standard of visual quality and detail.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for both digital and print materials.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma or similar).
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective visual concepts and designs.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and a well-organized portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; comparable practical experience is also valued.
