About the Role
This role is a client-facing leadership position responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery while also acting as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams. The individual will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end project management activities ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Owning the delivery end to end by exhibiting problem-solving skills
Lead Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional teams at the same time
Owning the comprehensive Change management process at the customer side
At the customer side, preparing & Managing project plans, sprint backlogs, and workflows
Proactively suggesting improvements in the process and coming up with hard ($) savings/ soft savings (process improvements)
Responding quickly to the customer ask
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define priorities and align project goals
Lead and mentor Project Management and Scrum teams
Provide regular project status updates, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management
Required Skills:
Project Management experience along with hands-on Scrum Master experience
Strong expertise in JIRA and Monday.com (preferably at the admin level too)
Experience in managing large teams (including 3rd party vendors) and leading PM/SM functions
Scrum certified (CSM/PSM)
Must have handled US/UK customers
Confident personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Experience working directly with Product Owners and Business Analysts
Ability to work with US stakeholders in overlapping time zones
