Director: Client Servicing & Business Growth (From an ad agency only)

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing & Business Development professional with 8–12 years of experience in the advertising/creative industry.
The role will involve managing key client accounts, driving account growth, and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact.
Understand client business needs and provide strategic advertising, creative, digital, and localization solutions.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Lead new business pitches, proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and closures.
Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Digital, Production, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor account revenue, profitability, and business growth against targets.
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
Key Requirements:
8-12 years of experience in client servicing, account management, business development, or a combination of these.
Proven track record of account growth and new client acquisition.
Experience in an advertising, creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Should be commercially driven with strong business and revenue ownership.
