Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site at the Faridabad office in a full-time capacity, collaborating with design, project management, and construction teams to develop interior concepts for retail, QSR, hospitality, commercial, and airport projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E specifications, and aligning designs with brand guidelines and project budgets. The role involves working closely with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to refine design proposals, ensure technical feasibility, and support accurate execution on site. The Interior Designer will participate in site visits, surveys, and design reviews, provide design documentation for construction teams, and help maintain consistency and quality across multi-location rollouts. The position also includes contributing to design standards, supporting value engineering where needed, and staying updated on industry trends and materials relevant to commercial and retail interiors.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for commercial, retail, and hospitality environments.
Candidates should possess relevant knowledge of Architecture and its coordination with interior layouts and building services.
Candidates should possess the ability to develop clear, detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution teams.
Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with brand standards.
Candidates should possess proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools, along with MS Office.
Candidates should possess strong visualization, concept development, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and functionality.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
Candidates should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in commercial or retail interiors is highly beneficial.
