About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior / Lead Front-End Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Vue.js, Shadcn/UI, and Tailwind CSS, along with a solid understanding of modern front-end architecture, performance optimization, responsive design, and software engineering best practices.
As a Senior/Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex front-end applications, driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
Build modern, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js, Vue.js, Shadcn/UI, and Tailwind CSS.
Develop and maintain robust front-end architecture and coding standards.
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.
Create reusable component libraries and establish front-end development best practices.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Identify and resolve complex technical and performance issues.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and other engineering teams.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, sprint planning, and estimations.
Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Take ownership of front-end projects from development through deployment and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience in front-end software development.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
Strong experience with Vue.js.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong experience with Tailwind CSS.
Hands-on experience with Shadcn/UI and modern component-based UI development.
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first web development.
Experience building reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
Good understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns.
Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
Strong understanding of Git and modern software development workflows.
Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and browser developer tools.
Good understanding of web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and front-end security best practices.
