✅ Azure Networking – VPN, ExpressRoute & Firewalls
✅ P1/P2 Incident Management & Troubleshooting
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle complex L3 technical escalations across Azure environments
🔹 Lead and manage P1/P2 incident calls and bridges
🔹 Troubleshoot Azure Compute, Network, Storage and Identity issues
🔹 Manage Azure services including VMs, VNet, Load Balancer, App Gateway, Bastion and Storage
🔹 Support Azure App Services, AKS, SQL Database, Functions and Logic Apps
🔹 Automate infrastructure using PowerShell, Terraform, ARM Templates or Azure CLI
🔹 Monitor infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights
🔹 Perform RCA and implement preventive solutions
🔹 Mentor and support L1/L2 Engineers
🔹 Ensure cloud security, governance, compliance and cost optimisation
