Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a key role in driving Crio.Do's growth by helping prospective learners make informed career decisions. You will engage with qualified leads, understand their learning and career goals, recommend the right programs, and guide them through the enrollment journey.
Location: Bangalore & Chennai (Office-based)
Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 6-day work week
Experience: Freshers or <3 years in sales
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales: Guide IT professionals on upskilling paths based on their career goals.
Lead Nurturing: Convert leads through touchpoints like webinars, demos, and expert sessions.
Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to hit targets.
