Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

## About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate marketing program across key regulated and emerging markets. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive high-quality player acquisition and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong network within the iGaming affiliate ecosystem, understands CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models, and is skilled at building long-term relationships while maximizing affiliate performance and ROI.

# Key Responsibilities
## Affiliate Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, including:
- Affiliate websites
- Tipsters and influencers
- Content publishers
- Comparison and review portals
- Streaming and social media partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners.
## Affiliate Program Growth
- Execute strategies to grow the affiliate channel across target markets.
- Expand partnerships in both regulated and emerging iGaming markets.
- Identify opportunities to increase traffic quality, player acquisition, and revenue.
- Work closely with regional teams to localize affiliate campaigns and promotions.
## Compliance & Fraud Prevention
- Ensure affiliate activities comply with gaming regulations and responsible gambling guidelines.
- Monitor affiliate traffic quality and detect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or policy violations.
- Maintain compliance with advertising standards and operator brand guidelines.
# Required Skills & Experience
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the iGaming, Sports Betting, Online Casino, Lottery, or Gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and CPL commercial models.
- Experience recruiting and managing affiliate partners across multiple markets.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as:
- Income Access
- MyAffiliates
- Affilka
- NetRefer
- Cellxpert
- Similar affiliate management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting affiliate and campaign performance data.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
# Preferred Qualifications
- Established network of iGaming affiliates, publishers, and media partners.
- Experience working across regulated markets such as the UK, Europe, LATAM, Africa, North America, or Asia.
- Knowledge of player acquisition metrics including FTD, NGR, LTV, CPA, and ROI.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention, traffic quality monitoring, and bonus abuse detection.
