About the Role
Regional Manager – Structured Solutions is a specialized role focused on managing capital account transactions and building strategic alliances with law firms, investment advisors, and resolution professionals. Based across key financial hubs—Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai, and Hyderabad—the role is designed to support India-bound investments and post-NCLT resolutions by offering end-to-end coverage from origination to regulatory closure. The incumbent will act as a subject matter expert (SME) and ensure all transactions are compliant with regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as a one-stop solution for all capital account transactions, ensuring subject matter expertise and complete coverage from origination to regulatory closure.
Build and leverage relationships with law firms and India-bound investment advisors/consultants to facilitate structured deals.
Establish and grow the Strategic Alliances business in designated financial hotspots including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, and Chennai.
Ensure all transactions are aligned with applicable regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
Secondary Responsibilities
Create foundational awareness of structured solutions within the broader branch banking team, especially among Regional Trade teams.
Support internal capability building to handle complex capital account transactions and stressed asset cash flow management.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Relevant experience in handling capital account transactions, structured finance, or investment advisory.
Exposure to regulatory frameworks including FEMA, NCLT resolutions, and cross-border investments.
Experience in stakeholder engagement with law firms, consultants, and financial institutions.
Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of compliance, legal frameworks, and structured financial products.
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
Ability to manage complex transactions and ensure regulatory alignment.
Strategic thinking and execution capability across multiple geographies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
