Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and industries for our products/services.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and cold calling, to generate leads.
Prospect Qualification
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and assess their potential as qualified prospects.
- Gather relevant information for effective lead qualification.
Sales Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to initiate conversations with potential customers.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects and create interest in further discussions.
- Create and send proposals as per discussions with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice creation and share invoices with clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure payments are received within the given payment period.
Data Management
- Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
- Ensure data integrity and provide regular updates to the sales team regarding lead progress.
