What success looks like in this role:
Design and build AI, automation, and innovation products at enterprise scale
Translate emerging technology into production-ready software and commercial outcomes
Design and deploy AI infrastructure and agentic workflows to support product delivery
Build reusable playbooks, toolkits, and patterns that accelerate future delivery
Lead full-stack product engineering across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and scaling
Define product strategy, roadmaps, and technical architecture aligned to user needs
Shape user experience and ensure delivery of practical, usable solutions
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide requirements into deliverable outcomes
Mentor teams on product thinking, design, and delivery practices
Technical Competencies
Full-Stack Engineering: Laravel, React, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, PostgreSQL
Infrastructure & Deployment: Hetzner, Laravel Forge, cloud-hosted application delivery
AI & Automation: Agentic workflows, local-first AI, content pipelines, applied AI systems
Product & UX: Human-computer interaction, user-centred design, product lifecycle management
Leadership & Impact
Owns product outcomes end-to-end
Bridges business intent and technical execution
Ensures delivery of commercially viable, user-centred solutions
Drives innovation through practical application of emerging technology
You will be successful in this role if you have:
