The Challenge
As a Senior Renewals Associate, you are a strategic driver of customer retention and revenue predictability.
You bring rigor to every renewal conversation – leading with insight, ensuring precision in forecasting, and removing friction in the renewal lifecycle.
You act as a trusted advisor to internal partners and customer stakeholders alike.
Your Mission
Lead renewal strategy across a complex portfolio of high-value accounts within the Commercial Business Unit.
Deliver exceptional accuracy in renewal forecasting through deep analysis, historical trends, and direct engagement insights.
Identify early warning signs of churn or contraction and implement mitigation plans in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.
Own renewal negotiations with executive-level stakeholders, advocating for value while protecting revenue.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to enhance renewal workflows, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
Mentor and support junior team members through deal coaching and renewal planning.
Provide input to leadership on process improvements, renewal playbooks, and enablement initiatives.
Participate in strategic retention initiatives and cross-functional projects.
You Are
A retention strategist with a strong commercial mindset and impeccable attention to detail.
Analytical and data-driven, with confidence in owning and improving forecasting rigor.
A proactive communicator who builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Experience Includes
3+ years of renewals, account management, or SaaS customer-facing experience.
Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and renewal forecasting.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce, and reporting tools.
Experience mentoring peers or leading small projects or initiatives.
BA/BS in Business, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$60,320—$81,120 USD
