Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
Process claims in accordance with company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with clients to gather missing details or clarifications required for claim adjudication.
Identify and flag errors, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and related documentation.
Support team members in resolving basic claim issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff as needed.
Consistently adhere to policies, compliance standards, and turnaround timelines to ensure quality processing.

Bachelors - Actuarial Science, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Risk Management and Insurance, Masters - Statistics
