The Team:
At Mobility Global, AutomotiveMastermind is a leading provider of predictive analytics and marketing automation solutions for the automotive industry. We believe that technology can transform data, revealing key customer insights to accurately predict automotive sales. Through our proprietary automated sales and marketing platform, Mastermind, we empower dealers to close more deals by predicting future buyers and consistently marketing to them.
At automotiveMastermind, we thrive on high energy at high speed. We’re an organization in hyper-growth mode and have a fast-paced culture to match. Our highly engaged teams feel passionately about both our product and our people, motivating us to be best-in-class.
Responsibilities and Impact:
We are looking for a relentless and collaborative Product Owner to drive innovation and execution within our product development lifecycle. You will act as the vital bridge between our commercial stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, ensuring we build the right features at the right time to deliver maximum value to our dealership partners.
Product Delivery & Backlog Ownership
Partner with Product Managers to create, maintain, and prioritize a healthy, value-driven product backlog.
Synthesize complex needs from internal stakeholders (commercial, legal, enablement) into actionable product initiatives and clear user stories.
Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, mapping out intricate business logic, data handling, and collaborating on detailed UI/UX mockups.
Define rock-solid acceptance criteria for backlog items, ensuring edge cases and compliance requirements are accounted for.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), sign off on functional specs, and coordinate smooth release processes.
Agile Leadership & Engineering Collaboration
Guide cross-functional engineering teams through the successful, iterative delivery of features.
Actively participate in and drive value during Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement (grooming).
Serve as the daily point of contact for developers to clarify requirements, prioritize bugs, unblock impediments, and mitigate risks to Sprint Goals.
Cross-Functional Communication
Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the development cycle to provide transparency on progress, trade-offs, and feature impacts.
Balance and negotiate conflicting priorities within a flat, fast-moving organizational structure.
Required Skills:
Experience: 3 to 8 years of professional experience in product management/ownership within a fast-paced SaaS organization.
Domain Expertise: 2+ years working on consumer or B2B-facing products, plus 1+ years of hands-on experience with data handling, data architecture, or complex integrations.
Agile Fluency: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience guiding development teams through complex business environments.
Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-diagnostic skills; you thrive in somewhat ambiguous environments and can break down massive problems into shippable iterations.
Communication: Highly collaborative with the ability to facilitate discussions, align differing viewpoints, and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and empathetically.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Bonus Points: Background in Automotive Technology, predictive analytics, or experience navigating regulatory/compliance constraints in product design.
If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
