Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality code and system performance.
Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of software projects while managing risks and dependencies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within custom software environments.
Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective, innovative solutions.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and code quality.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
