Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration (flows, Process Builder, validation rules, page layouts).
Experience working with key Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Marketing Cloud.
Skills in integration and data handling, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or integration tools, data migration from legacy systems, and ETL or data transformation practices.
Understanding of CRM concepts and customer experience journeys, with exposure to domains like manufacturing, automotive, pharma, healthcare, telecom, or logistics.
Knowledge of DevOps and deployment practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant) are highly beneficial.
