We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong sales background who can take ownership of business growth, generate new opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue.
What You’ll Do:
• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
• Develop and manage B2B/B2C clients, dealers, distributors & partners
• Conduct client meetings, market visits and product presentations
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
• Track sales pipeline, market trends and competitor activities
• Explore new markets, territories and business channels
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–6 years of proven sales/business development experience
✅ Strong track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable with field sales and market visits
✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach
✅ Good understanding of CRM, sales pipeline & reporting
Preferred Industry Experience:
Drones | Cameras | Gimbals | Consumer Electronics | Technology | Electronics | Distribution | B2B Sales
