FcC is looking for a confident and experienced English Tutor with a natural UK/British accent to conduct engaging GCSE English demo classes for students in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality 1:1 GCSE English demo classes for prospective students.
Teach GCSE English Language and/or English Literature concepts clearly and interactively.
Understand the UK GCSE curriculum, exam structure, and assessment requirements.
Assess a student's current level and identify areas for improvement.
Make demo classes engaging, structured, and personalised to the student's needs.
Communicate effectively with students and parents.
Provide brief feedback after each demo regarding the student's level and learning requirements.
Take regular classes for students who enrol with FcC.
Requirements
Strong understanding of the UK GCSE English curriculum.
Natural/strong UK or British English accent with excellent pronunciation.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Prior experience teaching GCSE students, preferably online.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with students quickly.
Experience conducting trial/demo classes is preferred.
Comfortable teaching students through online platforms.
Reliable availability aligned with UK timings.
