Associate Equipment Operator

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Equipment Operator for light banking equipment used for scanning and processing. You'll learn about payment processing, and the financial services industry. Lockbox is a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven production environment working behind the scenes with little, if any, customer contact.
In this role, you will:
Capture and sort mail and documents using low and high-speed scanners and mail sorting equipment
Prepare and organize work for subsequent processing
Problem solve as a result of machine error messages or jams
Perform routine maintenance and simple repairs
Escalate equipment issues and work with equipment vendors to address mechanical or software issues or updates
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Equipment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Lockbox experience
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance and repairs
Ability to work effectively under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Attention to detail and accuracy skills
Meet established production and quality standards
Once trained, ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced structured environment
Location: 2975 Regent Blvd, IRVING, TX 75063
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-11:00pm (or until work is complete)
Equipment Operations: Covers jobs that operate electronic or mechanical company equipment to process their daily work. Responsibilities include capturing, sorting and/or distributing items or documents using company machinery, preparing and organizing work for subsequent processing through machines, and performing general maintenance and repairs.
