Team Overview
The Global Technology, Data & Analytics (GTDA) organization is responsible for delivering TransUnion’s enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, operational services, and foundational technology capabilities that support business growth, resiliency, security, and innovation worldwide. The Strategy & Planning function works with GTDA and enterprise leaders to coordinate strategic priorities, business planning, operational improvement, and executive communications. This role reports to the SVP, Strategy & Planning.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, engineering, modernization, and reliability of TransUnion’s global network services.
Oversee the network foundation connecting cloud, on-premises, data center, corporate, partner, and customer-facing environments while advancing modern, automated, service-oriented networking capabilities.
Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and other GTDA leaders to establish and advance the organization’s strategic agenda and vision.
Collaborate with TransUnion’s leadership team to support the annual three-year planning process and align priorities with the company’s overall goals.
Communicate GTDA’s strategy to key stakeholders and associates, helping them understand the strategic plan and their role in its execution.
Develop and manage strategy and planning processes across Global Operations, including monthly business reviews and leadership off-site meetings.
Track and report progress on Business Process Optimization initiatives, build a pipeline of new opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop clear internal and external executive communications, including presentations, executive summaries, and Board materials.
Collaborate with functional, market, and enterprise strategy and planning leaders to create and maintain business plans, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and report progress against established plans.
Partner with Finance, Human Resources, and other functions to forecast investment needs, prepare performance reports and dashboards, conduct strategic analyses, and address complex problems affecting GTDA and its business objectives.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
10 or more years of related business experience, including at least five years focused on operational efficiency and effectiveness, with demonstrated strategy or business-planning experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Broad knowledge of business functions, systems, and infrastructure, including familiarity with operating in regulated and highly visible environments.
Demonstrated ability to navigate a matrixed organization, influence change across functions, and collaborate effectively with associates, leaders, external partners, consultants, and suppliers.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and present insightful information to senior leadership.
Required Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
High proficiency in business-case development, financial analysis, performance reporting, and dashboard creation.
Strong project-management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver accurate, high-quality results on time.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in management, operations, or a related area.

Pay Scale Information:
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $193,500.00 - $406,500.00 *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
