Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP data archiving, data retention management, and compliance solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP ILM across S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
Required Skills:
8-12 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP ILM
Experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management implementation and support
Hands-on experience in Data Archiving and Retention Management
Knowledge of SAP Archive Administration (SARA)
Experience with SAP Content Server and ArchiveLink
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy/compliance requirements
Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and archiving strategies
Knowledge of SAP Basis and HANA environment
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement SAP ILM solutions
Define and manage data retention and destruction policies
Implement data archiving objects and retention rules
Execute archiving projects for SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, data privacy)
Integrate SAP ILM with ArchiveLink and Content Repositories
Monitor archiving jobs and resolve performance issues
Work with business stakeholders to define data lifecycle requirements
Support system decommissioning and legacy data management projects
Provide documentation, training, and production support
