Role Overview
We are looking for a Chief Data Scientist – Advanced AI to lead the architecture and delivery of next-generation AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
The role combines AI architecture, Agentic AI transformation, client consulting, solutioning and thought leadership, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead end-to-end AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
Drive Agentic AI transformation initiatives, from strategy and roadmap definition through deployment.
Engage with CXO and senior stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define transformation roadmaps.
Design solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent architectures and emerging AI platforms.
Work with hyperscaler technologies such as AWS and/or Azure to build and deploy enterprise AI solutions.
Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solutioning and client presentations.
Partner with internal teams to build scalable AI platforms, solutions and accelerators.
Provide thought leadership through innovation, patents, research, publications and industry presentations.
Must Have
Strong experience in AI architecture and end-to-end AI solution development.
Hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Proven experience driving AI/Agentic AI transformation for enterprise clients.
Strong foundation in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI, with experience transitioning into GenAI/Agentic AI.
Experience working with multiple LLMs and agent-based solutions.
Exposure to AWS and/or Azure and enterprise AI deployment.
Strong client-facing, consulting and CXO stakeholder management experience.
Experience in AI strategy, transformation roadmaps and solutioning/pre-sales.
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Good to Have
Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer, Supply Chain, Finance or HR.
Exposure to platforms such as AWS Agent Core, Azure AI Foundry or equivalent.
Experience building AI accelerators/platforms.
Patents, research papers, publications or other AI thought leadership.
Ideal Profile: We are looking for candidates with approximately 70–80% focus on AI/GenAI/Agentic AI, architecture and transformation, with the remaining experience across domains/functions.
Candidates may have progressed from Data Science, Machine Learning or Computer Vision into GenAI, Agentic AI and enterprise AI architecture.
This is not a pure Data Science or research role. Strong enterprise Agentic AI transformation and client-facing experience is critical.
