Role Description The Social Media Content Creator internship is an on-site role based in New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos that highlight TLL’s services and brand values. Daily tasks include brainstorming creative concepts, capturing photos and videos of restoration work, writing captions and copy, coordinating with the operations team for before-and-after content, and monitoring basic performance metrics such as reach and engagement. The intern will support campaign execution, assist with community engagement by responding to comments and messages, and help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in digital content creation within a niche, purpose-driven luxury segment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for captions, posts, and campaigns.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.) and current content trends.
Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar) is preferred.
Attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics, especially in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury-related content.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple content tasks on-site.
Interest in sustainable fashion, luxury goods, or leather products is an advantage.
Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
Comfort working in an on-site environment in New Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
