About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong technical understanding and proven experience in the Retail / E-commerce domain.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working closely with technical, product and business teams and driving projects from planning through successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technology project delivery from initiation to closure.
Work closely with engineering, architecture, product, QA and business teams.
Understand technical requirements, application architecture, APIs, integrations and system dependencies.
Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
Manage client and senior stakeholder communication.
Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams.
Track project progress, delivery metrics and project governance.
Identify technical and delivery risks and drive mitigation plans.
Mandatory Skills
4+ years of experience in IT / Software project management.
Strong experience in Technical Project Management / Project Management / Delivery Management.
Retail or E-commerce domain experience is mandatory.
Strong technical understanding of software applications, APIs, integrations and SDLC.
Experience working with technical/development teams.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
