US Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting talent across manufacturing, engineering, production, operations, and skilled trades roles in the US market.

This role will be responsible for end-to -end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hires.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the US.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Recruit for a variety of manufacturing roles, including engineering, production, quality, maintenance, operations, supply chain, and skilled trades.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in the ATS.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified manufacturing talent.
Conduct candidate outreach, follow-ups, and offer coordination.
Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline health, and hiring challenges.
Stay informed about US talent markets, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of US recruitment experience.
Prior experience recruiting for the manufacturing industry is required.
Experience recruiting for engineering, production, operations, quality, maintenance, or skilled trades positions.
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
Experience managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong understanding of the US hiring process and employment market.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and candidate-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for manufacturing plants, industrial companies, automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, or related industries.
Experience working with both technical and non-technical manufacturing roles.
Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
Experience working with hiring managers and business leaders directly.
Strong knowledge of US locations, talent markets, and compensation expectations.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with high-volume sourcing and recruiting. You should be able to understand technical and manufacturing requirements, identify the right talent, and build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Industry experience matters — candidates with proven US manufacturing recruitment experience will be strongly preferred.
