Social Media Marketing Specialist

Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning calendars, writing posts, and collaborating on visual assets.
Excellent Communication skills, with clear written and verbal abilities for engaging audiences and coordinating with internal teams.
Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and adjust strategies for better results.
Familiarity with paid social and performance advertising strategies is beneficial.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
Prior experience in a digital agency or consulting setting is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
What we're looking for
Essential
3+ years growing social accounts from zero. Not maintaining established pages — starting them and building an audience. Be ready to name the accounts and the numbers.
Hands-on across all four platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. Each one, personally managed.
A real understanding of how these platforms distribute content. Why a reel stalls at 300 views. What LinkedIn rewards that Instagram doesn't. Why cross-posting to TikTok doesn't work. We will ask.
Paid ads experience on Meta and Google — built by you, not briefed to someone else. Pixel setup, audiences, creative testing, budget decisions.
You can produce, not just plan. Shoot, cut a reel, write a caption, ship it.
Comfort reading analytics and changing course because of what they say.
