Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Head to lead and strengthen the organization’s revenue accounting, billing, collections, and receivables management processes. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, timely invoicing, effective collection management, robust internal controls, and timely resolution of customer account discrepancies. The incumbent will work closely with internal business teams, customers, and senior management to improve working capital efficiency and establish strong governance across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.

Key Competencies
Strong knowledge of Revenue Accounting and Accounts Receivable processes.
Excellent understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing collections, ageing, and working capital.
Strong understanding of internal controls and process governance.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Experience in process automation and system implementation would be an added advantage.
