Role Description
Legex Leo is looking for proactive, confident, and enthusiastic Law Students to join us as Legal Outreach & Management Interns for our Certificate courses & upcoming Virtual Moot Court Competition.
This is a 100% remote, part-time internship where you will be responsible for reaching out to law colleges, universities, student organizations, legal societies, moot court societies, and other relevant organizations to build participation and collaboration opportunities for our courses & competition.
• Conduct outreach to law colleges, universities, legal societies, student organizations, and other relevant institutions
• Identify and connect with relevant contacts such as faculty members, placement cells, student coordinators, moot court societies, and student representatives
• Introduce Legex Leo and communicate details of our certificate courses & Moot Court Competition
• Reach out through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other professional communication channels
• Encourage colleges and student organizations to participate in or collaborate with us for our certificate courses & competition
• Build and maintain a database of colleges, organizations, and relevant contacts
• Follow up regularly with prospective participants and organizations
• Coordinate with interested colleges and organizations and forward relevant information and materials
• Explore opportunities for institutional collaborations and partnerships
• Maintain regular updates on outreach activities, responses, leads, and conversions
• Assist the team in expanding Legex Leo's network within the legal and academic community.
Qualifications
Law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs
• Law graduates with an interest in legal outreach, networking, and partnerships
• Students who are confident in communicating with colleges and organizations
• Candidates who are proactive and comfortable with making calls and sending professional messages/emails
• Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates who can independently manage outreach and follow-ups
• Previous outreach, business development, or event-management experience is an advantage but not mandatory
