We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agent Development, Prompt Engineering, Azure OpenAI, and Python. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions, intelligent agents, and conversational experiences using Microsoft's AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build and deploy intelligent AI Agents and Agentic workflows.
Develop prompts and optimize model responses for business use cases.
Integrate Azure OpenAI services with enterprise applications.
Develop REST APIs and automation workflows using Python and PowerShell.
Implement RAG-based solutions and agent orchestration frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
Follow DevOps best practices using Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment pipelines.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
