As a Senior Principal Product Development Manager, you will own complex product lines, shaping roadmaps from definition through release and sustainment. You will translate customer needs into prioritized requirements and delivery plans. You will orchestrate cross-functional execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and readiness.

Essential Requirements
12+ years of related experience with portfolio of shipped products and end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
Experience with risk analysis, test planning, and change control.
Proficiency with planning tools and metrics; data-driven decisions.
Collaborative mindset and clear communication.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP/PMI-ACP, SAFe, CMII, Six Sigma/DFx) and experience with PLM/ALM tools.
Network switch related development experience.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is USD 202342.5 - USD 261,855.
