Key Requirements:
1. Strong SME experience in SRE principles + DevOps practices
2. Production support lead experience (L1/L2, 24×7 support, incident management, RCA)
3. Hands-on monitoring & observability tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, LGTM, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk)
4. Strong troubleshooting skills for production / cloud / microservices environments
5. Good Linux + networking + Security fundamentals
6. Experience with automation / scripting (Python / others)
7. Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
8. Hands-on with Kubernetes / containerized environments
9. Experience in IoC and Configuration Management tools (Terraform & Ansible)
10. Exposure to CI/CD, release pipelines, and deployment readiness activities
11. Strong exposure to large-scale systems / high availability production environments
12. Knowledge of database fundamentals (SQL + NoSQL optimization)
