Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that applications remain robust and efficient across multiple client environments.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges within projects.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
Experience in managing and configuring PeopleSoft environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting within PeopleSoft applications.
Ability to perform application maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with database management and scripting related to PeopleSoft modules.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
