The Senior Fiduciary Coordinator is responsible for supporting the South Region Advisory practice by managing multiple projects or work streams and helping triage and evaluate trust acceptance matters and inquiries requiring advisory oversight. The Senior Fiduciary Coordinator plays a key role at the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements, working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role serves as a contact for IT during the design, development, and testing phases. Functional expertise is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide multidisciplinary expertise - Apply extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise to support complex initiatives.
· Execute the strategic direction of the business function - Focus on the successful execution of business function activities and priorities.
· Manage complex initiatives - Carry out initiatives involving multiple disciplines and potentially ambiguous issues.
· Support fiduciary advisory activities - Help triage and evaluate trust acceptance matters and inquiries requiring advisory oversight.
· Partner across functions - Maintain a balanced, cross-functional perspective and liaise with business partners to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
· Support business analysis activities - Help define project scope and requirements by working closely with business partners to understand and translate business needs.
· Serve as a contact for IT - Partner with IT during the design, development, and testing phases of projects and programs.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· In-depth functional and industry knowledge.
· Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to help determine business unit goals, identify required resources, and assess and develop staff skills.
· Seasoned expertise supported by extensive technical and business knowledge and functional experience developed over 15 or more years, or equivalent experience.
